The pool, sauna and hot tub were worth a 5-star. Really great. The hotel room was nice although the only bad thing was the black dirt that came from the jets in the bath tub. The breakfast was decent for being a "free" breakfast.

So turns out these guys can double your rate in the middle of your stay simply off of the fact that they can squeeze more money out of the military. Don’t sign up for the rewards program because after 65 days of staying the stated there was no rewards because it wasn’t a “qualifying rate” IT WAS MORE

Turlock Ca Orchard best western, Staff friendly and helpful pool area very nice and breakfast was awesome, they had just had a fire behind the hotel so room smelled like smoke they shouldn’t have put in body in those rooms until the were aired out and second woke up to use rest room and there were roaches on wall and when I went to bathroom there was one running around all over the towels not to mention ants all over the tv area, they feeding fed me the room but they need to make sure and take care of that

The hotel, Best Western Murphy North Carolina, had bed bugs and when reported to staff the guy at night was rude and dismissive basically calling me liar. Like I was making it up. Almost like he couldn't be bothered. Never stay there again.

Sewage bubbling up the tub and sink. Foul sewage smell. Manager very rude and disrespectful. Nicole Brown no offer to make things right.

After a 10 hours drive, stopped at BW for one night rest before continuing the drive. It was a hot summer day and the AC at the room broke at 3 AM. could not get rest. In the morning tried to have breakfast before heading the road but the waffle machine was broke as well.
Wrote a complaint to the hotel manager but did not get any reply back. Then wrote to the Head Office and to my surprise, the HO said they could not do anything.
So, not only I did not get a rest that night, I paid around $400 for it and did not get any proper response to my complaints. The WORST HOTEL experience I had.

We recently stayed in Best Western Ocean Sands in North Myrtle Beach .
Needs updates. But a good location and right on the beach . Nice pleasant staff.

We recently stayed at a Best Western in Woodhaven, Mi.
Terrible experience! No free breakfast, bathroom was small and bed was not comfortable!
Went to the hotel bar and bottle of beer was just under $5.00! Way overpriced room!
Sure did put a bad taste in our mouths for Best Western Hotels!

I called on Best western official site to make a reservation for one room/2 nights, I was charged $512.13 at their inn in Haverhill Boston. At the end of my stay, my receipt shows $305.00. When I asked why I had two different kinds of charge, I am told that best western had a 3rd party reservation service system that book reservations for them online that charge me more for the room and also a service charge. I was not told they were a 3rd party service when I called, and they refused to reimburse me for the over charge. Why would Best Western allow a 3rd party reservation service to scam people. Be very careful when you call them, you can be scammed very easily and you can be charged twice for a crappy room with no service.
